Grain De Ble’s main mission is to bring the Gospel
to children through programs in schools, churches, orphanages
and hospitals.
Just for Kids is a full time drama team that uses powerful and creative communication skills to capture children’s attention and help them understand the message of the Gospel. The team reaches around 45,000 children every year in schools, churches, orphanages, hospitals and clubs around Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, & Bahrain.
Just for Kids presents sensitive, flexible and mobile programs, using drama, clowning, songs, puppets, story-telling, games and audio & video productions.
Just for Kids' ministry is based on the team visiting
the children, and not waiting for the kids to come to us.
Mobility and flexibility removes any physical obstacle to
reach children. In rural areas where venues are limited,
or don’t even exist, the team is able to perform without
any omission.
During the year 2007, four different productions were performed by the Just for Kids team in Lebanon. All productions were written and directed by our team with a total of 202 performances to 36,180 kids covering the whole of Lebanon. Of the latter total, an estimated 20,000 kids come from rural areas where the team visited. Copies of the Book of Hope and Toujours Joyeux Magazine were distributed to a large number of children especially those coming from schools in Christian areas, where distribution of such literature will not cause problems to the children receiving it.

Iraqi Children's Drama Team, Baghdad - Iraq
Between 2000 & 2002 Grain de Ble organized several Just for Kids missions to Iraq. Since the war broke out in Iraq in 2003, Grain de Ble had to put on hold all its activities in Iraq especially the Just for Kids missions. In July 2006, 39 Iraqis attended the Beyond Words Children Ministry training conference that took place in Jordan. As a result of this conference, a new breakthrough happened in June 2007 when 4 Iraqi young people from different churches were invited to Lebanon Grain de Ble in Lebanon to go through an intensive training of 8 days in Beirut. In spite of all the travel delays and visa hassles, the Lord opened a way for these 4 to come to Lebanon. Now, we can confidently announce the birth of the first Iraqi children’s team; who until October 2007 has reached more than 1,000 children during their performances in the Churches in Baghdad.

The
Program
The 45-minute programs presented in schools, churches,
orphanages and hospitals, encouraging and guiding children
in a sensitive manner, helping them to understand their
need for a commitment to Jesus Christ.
In most cases, Christian literature for children is
distributed at the end of the program, through partnerships
with Book of Hope and the Bible Societies, so that children
can go further in their investigation of Christian truths.
Just for Kids is also planning to produce television
segments for the Christian (Catholic) National Television
Station “Télé Lumière”.
Segments will target children aged 5 – 10 with
a Christian message. |

The
Team
Two full time drama teams tour the Middle East
and the Gulf presenting these programs. Each team is
composed of four Christian young people who give a minimum
of one year commitment to this ministry. They are led
by one leader along with a person who takes care of
the administrational work. |
